Apple Bread

2 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons yeast flakes
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup soy milk
1 med apple
2 teaspoons baking powder
1  Tps -ground cinnamon
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla exteact

Good Bread is actually Good for you! As long as it's high in fiber and low in too much fat.  YUM !

Lets Make it !

Preheat oven to 350, Mist an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan with no stick cooking spray and set is aside. Place the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowel and stirr them togeather, Place the wet ingredients in a mixing bowel and stir them togeather untill they are well combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredientd. Mix just untill the dry ingredients are evenly moist. Fold the diced apples, raisins , and walnuts into the batter, makeing sure that they are well distributed. Spoon the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Place the loaf pan on the center rack of the oven, and bake the bread for around 50 min, or until a cake tester in the center  is clean. Remove the bread from the oven. Turn it out of the loaf pan on to a cooling rack and carefully turn the bread upright .Allow the bread to completely cool before slicing & storing. Wrap the cooled bread tightly and store at room temp for around 3 days, Use your best judgment!
